If you can't find your local exchange just have a friendly chat to one of the technicians driving telecom downer vans. That's how I found out.

There is an error on that list...kinda....  Glenfield is not run just off the exchange at Akoranga, but also at the intersection of Glenfield and Mayfield roads.
