The first quarterly report from the TDR is out now.

So who's bad? These are the ISPs/providers people complained about:

CallPlus/Slingshot
ihug
Orcon
Telecm
TelstraClear
Vodafone

Who are the good ones? These are the ones no complaints existed during this period:

Airnet
CommuniTel
DigitalIsland
Eziphone
Genesis
Igrin
Kordia
Snap
WorldxChange

There are a few case studies, including our loved "water damaged phone" case...

Thats hardly fair to portray as bad vs good MF, the probability for a complaint being laid ovbiously tends towards 1 as a function of the number of customers you have. That list quite obviously illustrates that fact when you look at the subscriber base of the organizations in each camp.

I'd question the accuracy of it also if WXC is on there as no complaints. I guess they got none, yet theres a 30 page thread on it here on GZ and on Gamplanet!

But if no one actually moved to file a complain with the TRD then there's no reason for them to list anything.

People have to follow up on their complains with the proper resolution authority...

Quite true :)

I was just pointing out that there will be a correlation involving subscriber base vs number of complaints, there will of course be other factors involved such as the internal complaint procedures and customer care emphasis withing each organization. Complaints per subscriber may have been a more useful figure but as always stats are what you make of them.
