Hi guys, recently my ont has suddenly stopped booting up. The power light and lan3-4 lights are constantly flashing and so I have zero connection to the internet at home so I am wondering if anyone knows what's wrong with it. Thx

Mine did that and I could not figure it out until I wiggled the CAT 6 connector out of the ONT and suddenly it all came right. I am guessing there is something not making a proper connection and was going to replace the connector but it seems fine now so I just left it

per @ronw.. - Great trouble shooting btw!

Unplug all cables from GE1~4, turn ONT off for 45 mins and then power it back up. Give it about 5-10 mins to boot up, see if the lights don't go to normal.

Failing this, I'd call your RSP and log a fault.

The fact that you are not getting the Failed light obviously will make troubleshooting difficult, likely you will have to agree to a disclosure etc but this does sound software related.
