Hi Team

I've not looked for a few years, but at one stage I was able to locate GIS (?) maps showing fibre in my area..... for example I could see fibre in my street laid to support cell towers etc before UFB was available in my area.

I thought it was on https://koordinates.com/ but I've looked there and not seen a relevant layer, or been able to find it anywhere else with 20 mins searching. Can anyone help me out?

Try https://broadbandmap.nz/ you can select copper, fibre of wireless coverage.

Maps showing fibre routes are not necessarily helpful, as often transmission cables can't be tapped into to provide an access service.

The national broadband map shows where fibre access services are available.

Thank you for trying to assist.... in this case I do want to see the cable routes, though in the case I have in mind the cable routes would be less than 6 months old and may not be available publicly. :)

and if they are not trying to find out where fibre is available? just where the cables run
