I had a recent dealing with Mike from @Chorusnz around a small remediation issue.  The issue was resolved faster than I anticipated, and to a high standard by the team that came out.


Chorus followed up to ensure they work was done.  And they gave some guidance on how to put through a slightly challenging request.

Nice to hear some positive feedback about Chorus. Always the way - we hear about the issues, but rarely the success stories, of which there are definitely plenty.
