ISP hd.net.nz PPPoE all down for both fibre and vdsl, they report border gateway issues, sounds in the background like all hands frantically working on it.  Anyone else seeing the same issue?

Am with unlimitedinternet.co.nz for UFB (a subsidiary of hd.net?).

Our connection was down between 6 - 8.30am this morning with no outage notification.

I am told they have some interesting pictures of items from the dmarc room that have suffered electrical related damage.
Could be some odd selfie with the techs and fire/sparks in the background for dramatic effect!

If you have to run heating in winter, you don’t own enough computers.
