Hi all,

I have a customer who uses One Communications as their phone and broadband provider.  Their system has gone offline and One Communications 0800 number is non-responsive.

Their website says they are part of New Zealand Technology Group whose phone number seems to be offline as well.

We can't get hold of anyone and I'm wondering if anyone here knows what might be going on.  They're obviously having some kind of major outage.

Meanwhile I'm off to set up a temporary mobile solution for my customer.

May just be a bad day at the office with a big outage. How long have they been down?

Back on line about 2.30 after being down for about four hours.  Customer had no phone and no internet on their busiest day of the week and no way to contact One Communications helpdesk.
