Hi all,

I am on Netspeed RBI in Auckland

I noticed last night that they now offer an additional 50GB data off peak ( 10pm - 6am )

It appears that you have to call them to to get the bonus.

I called and it took less than a minute and was really painless, also helps I tick over to my new data block tonight :-)

Cheers

John

Which plan was that? The website only mentions the 50GB off peak for the lowest tier plan.

So am I but I have always had 50GB off-peak. Or do you now have 100GB?

You will have to confirm with netspeed.

I have never had 50GB off peak, I only joined last year.

While my counter showed peak and off peak data my data cap is was 120GB. I still am on the 120GB plan but now will get 170GB

OK, now I get it. We always had the off-peak data, though. Never had  to ask for it. When I check our data usage totals it is always listed along with the regular data. That is on the 120GB plan. It may have something to do with the fact that we were already on Netspeed under the old plans, and when those were upgraded they just automatically gave us the extra data.

Sadly I was not, I remember coming to a grinding halt ( dial up speed ) a couple of times when I have hit 120GB, not much fun.

Roll on November when UFB comes to our neck of the woods.

Netspeed removed the plans with offpeak data a few years back.
