Hi all

hope this is the right forum for this

am taking over a business and was wondering if anyone knows of any other decent players in the business phone and broadband market other than

TELECOM
VODAFONE
TELSTRACLEAR

any recommendations would be great - as it's a solo business I can be quite flexible

thks!

i've had a look at their site but makes no mention of business plans?

I use them at home and find them very good but lately the wait times on support call is ridiculous

1 yr ago they use to answer within 1 min now it's more like 15 mins on avg

Home and business ADSL plans are exactly the same.

There is a difference with their tolls and Voice-over-IP plans.  My suggestion would be for naked DSL + a DVX line - you get all of the features plus cheaper calling plus only $20 a line.
