My wife's workplace in Lambton Quay is having problems with their internet. Their provider say that Citylink has a failure, which has increased latency from 10ms to 40ms (just what I heard).

The Citylink status page says everything is ok, and they haven't updated twitter in a few years. 

Anyone know what's up?
