Been having really frequent disconnects coincides with a subdivision next door , my line speeds / sync rates seem really good, i live about 200 meters away from a cabinet, , ive had three chorus techies out , but they cant seem to identify the problem , i only have the one jackpoint in the house a a 7360 Fritzbox , is there anything in the fritz GUI i should be looking at to help me further identify the problem ?

I forget the details, but didn't some Fritz firmware versions have issue maintaining sync on very short lines? Going by the stats, yours is pretty short. May pay to check what firmware you are running.
