Customer with site-to-site VPN one end Vodafone the other end Vocus having terrible speed issues (1-2mbps)

Speedtest from the Vodafone connection full speed to Vodafone speedtest server, and same with Vocus connection

Speedtest from Vodafone connection to Vocus speedtest server getting the 1-2 mbps same as experiencing across the VPN

Likewise with the Vocus connection using Vodafones speedtest servers

Anyone know of any issues today?
