I have been trying all day to get onto snapfish.co.nz with no luck..  I am trying to take their offer of 1c prints as I received an email from them stating today was the last day to do so.. I have emailed their support email add but have no reply as of yet.  It just keeps coming up saying connection error check u are connected to the internet....

If i type www.snapfish.co.nz the error message says:

Address Not Found
Firefox can't find the server at www.snapfish.co.nz.

The browser could not find the host server for the provided address.

    * Did you make a mistake when typing the domain? (e.g. "ww.mozilla.org" instead of "www.mozilla.org")
    * Are you certain this domain address exists?  Its registration may have expired.
    * Are you unable to browse other sites?  Check your network connection and DNS server settings.
    * Is your computer or network protected by a firewall or proxy?

But if i used the US and Singapore sites works fine. except Austalia and New Zealand website.

same as ROZCAM post. Any help would be appreciated. How can i avail my $0.01 cents per print of 6x4 promo?

Can someone put this into a different forum?

Anyway, who are you two with? Here from a Vodafone connection, and it's fine.

It's fine here:

tim@mail:~$ dig @ns3.snapfish.com www.snapfish.co.nz

;; QUESTION SECTION:
;www.snapfish.co.nz. IN A

;; ANSWER SECTION:
www.snapfish.co.nz. 3600 IN A 64.147.181.91 <--- We got a valid IP for www.snapfish.co.nz from their primary name server.

Maybe their namservers failed earlier and a few ISPs have cached old/stale/broken info?

Flick your DNS servers to OpenDNS and see if that helps?
