Article about the Fibre vs Rural issues the UK is facing. Obviously not exactly the same as the UFB vs RBI vs 'Sorry too hard to give you coverage' stuff here, but an interesting read nonetheless.

I love the way they think Britain is full of "rural shires". Do they think hobbits live there? I know JRRT wrote the books about 20km from where I grew up, but I honestly never saw one.
