Am switching from BigPipe to Skinny - don't need a static IP anymore, and Gigabit is a bit cheaper on Skinny - previously had 100/100 with BigPipe. 

Switch date is set for today - 6am according to Skinny, and I've set the BigPipe disconnection date to be tomorrow. I'm still up & running on BigPipe currently though (on an EdgeRouter). 

I've not managed that many Fibre ISP changes, as we've only had Fibre here for a year or two - should I expect to be able to configure my router for Skinny (basically enable VLAN tagging) and expect that to work right now, or should my BigPipe connection have dropped off? (This is what I was expecting to happen.)

I've got a backup file for the Edgerouter that I've pre-setup for Skinny that I can get the missus to restore at home and see if it works, and if not, restore the current config back, but I don't want to leave it to tonight, find out Skinny haven't actually enabled the connection & have no internet at home tomorrow. 

Any thoughts on that appreciated. I'm sure many of you are very familiar with this process & know what to expect. Thanks!
