Does anyone have any experience with Farmside vs Wireless Nation 4G broadband plan speeds? 4G modem performance?

I see a few older grumbles about farmside satellite and wireless nation speeds during lockdowns.

Prices for higher volumes seem are within a few cents of each other.

Have signed up for farmside but nervous I should back out and go with wireless nation before its too late.

Or do they use the same infra and service will be similar?

TIA

Have you considered Starlink? Works everywhere in NZ with good speeds (~100-150Mbps down)and unlimited data at a cost of $159/mth

+1 for Starlink

Been on it just over a month now and it's awesome.

+1 Starlink

(There's a facebook group called something like "NZ starlink users group", might be worth checking out)

Rural 4G is a bit of a postcode lottery.  Even when the signal is good, performance can still be very bad if the cell is congested.  Maybe ask a neighbour.

I believe the both Farmside and Wireless Nation use Vodafone's network (not 100% sure, but the coverage maps look very similar)
