Hi, just wanting to hear from any Sky broadband users.  Happy with the service?  Had any experience with their helpdesk?  Overall, good, bad, indifferent?

Hi had it since June, been very happy, only called the service desk once, was promptly answered and quickly sorted, not that I was asking anything complex.
