With a bit of help from a friend, I've set up a Raspberry Pi at their place. It VPN's back to me which is how I'm able to connect to the SmokePing server hosted on it.

FYI: You have a spelling mistake: It is "Sweden" not "Sweeden". (Under Amazon AWS -> Europe).
