What is the distance between man holes when laying ICT ducitng and most likely other services in the chambers -According to the AS/NZS 3084?

Hi Ben, welcome to GZ, trick question I am afraid, "Maintenance Holes" (legacy of the last PC labour guvmnt I guess) appears in three places in 3084, none mention the distance in relation to other "Maintenance Holes", it just says concideration should be made to their size and location, so guess there is no hard and fast rule.
