Hi,
I am in the process of renovating an exisiting property, which doesn't have Fibre already but it is available in the street. A month ago I sent an inquiry through to get Fibre Installed however it has gone back and forth saying that the address doesn't exist - to which we have sent them the title of the building and I am unable to get a proper update out of Chorus.
Is there a way to speed this up/someone from Chorus to take a look at the order and see what it is going on?
