I've had two outages with Voyager in the last hour or so. Both resolved themselves but I've logged a ticket to check what's going on. I'm on the Miramar peninsula.

All working for me in Jville. Streaming something and no pauses.

No outages or FRE's that I can see.

For Johnsonville that is, some parts of the country still looking rough 😵

Would recommend getting your provider on the line if you are dropping and have done the basic troubleshooting. ^Richard

Had something similar with Contact around midday but it just came back about 10 minutes later. Never had that before.

I logged the ticket by email during the second outage, but the fault restored itself before I heard back.

Each outage was about 15 - 20 minutes long. I can't even recall when I last had an outage, so having two in one day is very unusual.

Greg Grover from Nova advised an outage from 12-12.30 affecting Wellington and parts of the South Island

I've asked why their 0800 number was down and why they don't have an outages or network status page or post these to social media

I'm not sure if this was Nova specific or affected other ISPs

I don't think it affected other ISPs. As I said, solid connection the whole day, with 2degrees.

We have no internet here in Christchurch, Vodafone via Enable fibre. Basic troubleshooting completed, fibre box says there is a link, but router doesn’t get an IP address. Enjoying the hold music at the moment.
