Retaining free lead-ins
Our obligation to provide free standard installations expires on 1 January 2026 with the expiry of NIPA 2.
Our aim
We remain committed to ensuring premises within our fibre coverage areas can connect to our network as quickly and easily as possible – which is reflected in the proposed changes.
Where a lead-in of 200m or less is required, these will be free (with no need to assess multiple parameters).
