Presently with Telecom go large plan, which is pathetic, so I wish to change to another provider, presently thinking of Orcon, any recommendations would be much appreciated?

Thanks

switch to any other plan with telecom and your speed should be fine, assuming that you are currently downloading slower than you sync rate.

Is there any way of finding out how many gigs I use in one month?

I’m thinking of going for the total home package which is 10gigs or change to Orcon 10gig plan.
