Hi All, does anyone have any experience with internet Fax servies available here in NZ?

Fax -> Email, Email -> Fax

Would prefer a NZ based provider for support reasons but am open to suggestions

WorldxChange have a very good fax to email service.

I don't have experience with email to fax service though; tend to find this is too complicated for many the average non tech savvy user - they just prefer to stick into a fax machine & dial a number.

Excellent, thanks for the recommendation. I use VFX and have been pretty happy with WxC so sounds like a goiod option. I agree with you also about the hurdle most users would have with sending a fax by scanning etc, but am unfamiliar with the process.
