Delta is generally more important than Signal strength.

Delta is the difference between RSCP (Received Signal Code Power) and ISCP (Interference Signal Code Power). Interference is caused by a variety of things including other cellsites and, to a lesser extent, other users' Modems.

Your delta will directly affect the proportion of the data transmitted which is payload, and the proportion that is error correcting codes. The higher you get it, the better off you are. You can test the effect by using a speed test site. If you use the one at www.woosh.com/speedtest then there will be the least number of variables between you and the speed test site. However, both the figures you mention are good, so there may not be much of a difference.

Woosh

A drop of 6 in Delta is pretty big though!

I'd be checking aerial connections, and checking direction. If its mounted outside like some of them here in Southland, then it's probably water ingress in the coax.

I would check the antenna hasn't cable out OR came loose, try and find the location of the nearest cell tower to get the best possible stable delta by repostioning your booster.

You could even possibly ring the Woosh call centre and the rep could advise of the location of the nearest cell tower.

You can also see a Google map with your address and the direction to the nearest cellsite(s) at http://www.woosh.com/myaccount.

There is a good guide to maximising your signal at http://www.woosh.com/ContentClient/Faq/IPWirelessModemSignal.pdf
