Just wondering if anyone knows if one decides to move to Oz if there are any Ozzie wireless isp that might offer any service thats compatible with the woosh modem? stupid question i know but just wondering wether to sell modem via trademe or to take it?

No woosh sorry, I tried this myself. The closest service appeard to be "Unwired"

Though looking at the IPWireless site it looks like " "yes" Optus " have started using the technlogy... where and on what frequency they might be is a mystery to me. Also you might find the firmwares are quite customised to each country. We are on 2100 GHz I think.

Sell it - you are out of luck. The network Woosh uses is not replicated in Aussie.
