Hi I have noticed that ISPs provide very limited monthly usage with a small off-peak period that doesn't add up to the cap. Most torrent apps provide a very simple scheduler by could not find anything like that for firefox.

I have created a firefox 'Download Scheduler' extension. Any feedback welcome. It is currently hosted here http://sites.google.com/site/downloadscheduler/ because the mozilla addon upload page doesn't work for me.

Good work on the FF addon!  As an alternative, Free Download Manager (http://freedownloadmanager.org) has scheduled download start & stop functions and is a pretty good download accelerator to boot!
