Hi, I am a low volume user, I am looking at Actrix.  How are these guys?

Currently with Xnet and I get the odd outage and they just say it is my computer, go and see a PC Tech.  They have been good but the last 1yr.

Actrix, Inspire and Maxnet have consistently been rated the top three ISPs in various orders over the years so you should be fine. Typically you get what you pay for and these smaller ISPs have a more personal approach to offering BB as opposed to the larger providers who treat you as an account number.
