Given the announcement today regarding orcon, compass and slingshot sharing their unbundled exchange gear http://www.geekzone.co.nz/forums.asp?forumid=49&topicid=61852, does anyone know which two christchurch exchanges have been unbundled by compass?

Im on slingshot at the riccarton exchange, and curious :)

Im a business owner in Riccarton on Division street and i was approached by Compass about a month back where i made the move to the UCLL product, the price was a little more than i paid to telstra but the speed has a CIR and was a lot quicker than the connection i had through telstra i am in the process now of putting a linix box in and then i w ill take some sip or iax trunks through it as there is only 30ms of latency on the line so ideal for VoIP delivery.

The two exchanges that have been unbundled are CBD, and the Riccarton and blenhiem road right through to the sockburn roundabout, seems as though Compass are really lifting their game and are now more competitive than the rest.

Go the unbundled exchange !!!

Brilliant thanks for letting me know!

Turns out slingshots equivalent unbundled plan is more expensive than my current naked plan with voip line so i wont be changing over until they update their plans
