Three months ago I changed to Vodafone MySky and Broadband Plan only to be told that they could not provide broadband until July next year. At which point I would have thought they would have not closed off my old provider account which I had broadband with.
So then I was advised to change back to my old service provider by Vodafone. My problem being that Vodafone, no matter how many times I ring, still haven't closed a service order on our broadband service so therefore no other provider has been able to connect me.
Please, can anyone advise me on what to do?
