After not learning back in 2006 in christchurch when i got woosh i decided to get it in wellington as its the only option in my apartment which is cheap and does not require a line.

After i got the hardware and set it up i spent 2 hours on the phone asking customer service why my speed was so poor. I was then told that im in a high reception area and that my speed should be alot faster than it is. my connection curently has a delta rate which jumps from 6 to -12 and my highest speed is a wopping 110kbps.
The technician on the phone got me to point the arial in all 3 tower directions from my 1 window (which are all out of sight) and after no avail his reply was "play around and see how you go".
What poor customer service.

When i purchased it i told then i only have one window facing down cuba street, which i got the reply your in a good coverage area.
So now (after my 3rd call) i have to wait for a technician to come out to look at it because they think they can get a higher singal from 1 window pointing in the opposite direction of all the towers. 

I just want to return it and go onto mobile broadband.
So for all you people considering woosh dont get it unless you have a woosh tower in your garden.
