Do you know for sure that they're planning to offer a service to Upper Hutt? I seem to recall that the existing investors are planning to pump in a bit of extra cash in the near future which is likely to lead to further expansion of the network, but I would have thought that they would want to improve their coverage in Wellington and Lower Hutt before attacking Upper Hutt. Then again, their network expansion seems to be a bit hit-and-miss, so anything's possible.

I'm very surprised that they wouldn't talk to you about pricing. You can't sell a product to someone if you can't or won't tell them how much it costs! My experience of their call centre has been much more positive than this.
