Hi I have a problem with Telecom caller id not working (not my phone) if I have my DSE XH9949 router plugged in and synced, phone says "Incoming call" then "incomplete data" but works fine if I unplug router.

I am on Xnet HSI clothed plan FLS by FLS Have 3 phone jacks all with Dlink filters. Phone service (not mine) is Telecom home line, call waiting and caller id.

Any ideas how to fix this problem?

The best thing to do is to check all the filters on your phone. This should work no-problems assuming that your line is good.

unplugged all devices bar one phone and filter and my router and filter and still get the "Incomplete data" error

Edit: how do you Check filters?

Still could be a filter issue. Try unplugging everything and start with one filter + phone, test, if theres an error, try another filter with the phone etc. I had the same issue last year, turns out it was one of the filters, replaced it and all was good.

I had a problem here with Dlink filters killing Caller ID, moved to some new TP Link ones and all good now
