I have been with compass wireless in Hamilton for a few months and up until recently thought they where pretty good, despite slow speeds during the day time.

But recently I am finding it hard to even load any web pages even though downloads can be very fast.
I noticed that I am getting 5 - 10% packet loss, which I am now going to assume is the reason for my problems.

I think the Compass technician failed to take into account the deciduous tree directly between where he placed the aerial and the broadcast site.

I have to questions

Do you think this could be the problem or is there something else I'm missing?
if so
Should compass have to move our receiver aerial or let us out of the 24 month contract?

The tree will almost certainly be the issue, and the installer should have known better. They have the right to correct any.service effecting issues, it is not grounds for termination of contract unless service cannot be restored.
