Hi guys

after 15 and 25mins respectivley, i gave up on the woosh help desk. No answer-just a high call volume, im not surprised.

I have had reports of voice issues with my phone. Its on the woosh wireless service. I can hear fine, the quality is poor on my end. Apparently it sounds like im cutting in and out whilst speaking.

I have a Delta of 12-13 and constant signal.

Is there any other reports of issues like this on their service. I know its not the best, but i works for us at the moment for value for data. I would have expecd the voice to be better though.

We apologise for the delay you have experienced today in getting through to our call centre. We have been extremely busy and even busier this afternoon since the earthquake in Christchurch. Please email our Contact Centre Manager at cmeyers@woosh.com with the best number to contact you on and we will give you a call to get this sorted out for you.

Thanks, however the customer service wait times have been going on long before the earthquake and the last few days. I would suggest seriously look at addressing this.
Will mail your advised contact.

Cheers
