Hi there since the 04 of march I have used nearly 6 gig

I did download over 2 gig of stuff so lets say 4

I only use paltalk and websites maybe the odd small utube thing a music video here or there

But watch cams on paltalk etcc... but not a lot this month


I was wondering if it was my tivo but telecom said that the usage meter can be from the day before here is what mine says

and how can I check? that someone is not moochin it I have wirless set up proplery with macfee

Just you? What makes you think it is excessive?
I average 1gb per day, but that is watching my usage, I could easily double or triple that if I really wanted to.

Depends on the router, some have a page where you view 'attached devices' also look for a setting in your router that allows you to turn on access control whether by mac or ip address (under wireless settings) and lock down the access to devices you know. Thats a start to see if your wireless is being leeched.

Your connection is theoretically capable of doing at least 50GB/day - 1GB/day is nothing :P

Yeah im going at around 1GB a day. Sometimes that goes to 2-3 when I download TV Shows/Movies. But yeah 1GB is about normal for me aswell.

Thanks i dont download much now because telecom closed the all you can use internet grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

and ive only used a gig since i posted this and was using cams lastnight for ages so cant be anything wrong
