Is anyone else having problems connecting to Woosh at the moment? I'm in Strathmore, Wellington, and the modem dialler seems to be indicating that it can't communicate with the network.

I've been with Woosh since October last year and this is the first time I've had a problem, but it's really annoying when it happens!

I'm in Thorndon (Wellington) and have had no problems at all over the last few days.

It's still dead as a dodo this morning. I rang Woosh's support number to listen to their automated network status message and it says that 'some Wellington customers' may be unable to connect. Sounds like it might just be the base station in my area that's affected.

It's back up and running now.

Their network status message indicated that they intended to have the service restored by midday. It still wasn't working at 1pm so I went out for a walk and everything was working again when I got back at 3:30pm. I'd be curious to know what caused the problem, though.
