Maybe its because of my work laptop (used to accessing the work network) but when every I plug my work laptop into my home 302 router via network cable, it is rather hard to get it working. I.e. packets would be sent from my computer but none would be received, ive manually set the settings to set the IP as 10.1.1.5 and gateway as 10.1.1.1 - it only way i can get it working is to powercycle the router (by unplugging the power adaptor), It stops working when sometimes my laptop goes into stand by - any one got any ideas? I mite try plugging an access point in tonight, and it that fails i mite try a new ADSL modem

Not sure if this is the same problem, but I tried two DLINK Wi-Fi AP/routers and returned both. They would freeze after exactly 20 minutes and a power cycle would be required.

I am now living with a Belkin...
