According to the company registry, ACC has 3,000,000 out of 64,081,612 shares in Woosh??? WHY??

ACC is a large investment company who have somewhere in the region of $6 billion invested both onshore and offshore. The Government has given ACC a mandate of having reserves of around $10 billion by the end of the decade and they are certainly on target to get close or surpass that. The whole no fault concept of ACC is unique in the world and the only reason we have the company is because of the success of their fund managers.

Thats part of the game when investing... you win some, you loose some.

If you spread your investments out enough, having one poorly performing investment isn't the end of the world. They no doubt have some investments that are doing quite well which would compensate for the woosh shortfall if any.
