So I wonder if the wholesalers will be passing the compenstation on to end users? The article states that Telecom will be providing wholesalers with lists of the users effected so there is no excuse really, is there?

interesting about the fact that it may end up affecting business connections (frame and one office). there will be some complaining if that happens.
