Hi guys newbie here. Have searched but don't see in the forums an answer to my issue, if there is my apologies.
Anyways have Android phone, woosh account and want to get emails through handset, not unreasonable. Problem is no matter what I use as outgoing server it tells me it can't connect.

I have tried all the listed answers I have found online but none work and most seem dated.

Anyone else with this issue and if so how did you solve it

Do Woosh allow external access to their mail servers? Many ISP's don't these days.

Check to make sure Woosh's SMTP can accept external connections. Telecom also likely block port 25, the standard SMTP port so see if Woosh have an alternate too.

Good point, I did talk to them and they said it was a Telecom issue (Telecom saying it was Woosh) but weren't too helpful.

I'll go back to them and check, thanks for reply
