Will we start seeing green cabinets all over the place when we get UFB?

In the vast majority of the country the answer is no.

Depends on the design. One design being used has cabinets that will generally serve about 250 premises and will only house the optical splitters so they will be much smaller than the existing "active" cabinets.

If you've got underground cables I expect that most of the cabinets will be a "pit" or hole in the ground instead. This, of course, is based on assumption that there is no active equipment and it's just an optical splitter.
