Im at a complete loss as to why this is happening, recently youtube has been extremely slow and feels as if im on a dial up connection. It will take literally over an hour do load a 2min video, by that time ive given up on it... Browsing anything else is fine though.

It happens 80% of the time but once in a while a video will load fine as if by magic

Tried firefox and chrome on desktop with no apparent difference

Happens on 360p and above, 240p seems to work fine regardless of difference in compression ratios and such

Youtubes speedtest thing says im 808, ISP is 3289, and auckland is 5206

ISP: Actrix
Modem/router: Netcomm NB6Plus4Wn
Sync rates: 6137/826
Line attenuation: 9.5/3.7 dB

Something up on the ISP side of things?

Emailed them, got reply from customer service with 30mins or so with information. Replied with speedtest and tracert info and get a call from them 2 hours later saying how theyre doing upgrades at the moment and should be done by tomorrow afternoon.

Great customer service
