Hi all,

Following the changes from the Commerce Commission regarding Naked DSL and Surcharges (e.g. no surcharge now) is there any ISP that is actually offering this? I am with Vodafone (Landline + DSL) right now but could do with being on Naked DSL. Although, apparently they only offer it on the Red Network...

Billing systems will have to be updated so please give the ISPs a chance and with many networks going into Brown out for Christmas you may not see any changes till ealry next year
