Does anyone have experience with M2 Telecommunications? They've given us a call and are offering a bit of a saving to take on our Telecom account. Seems that nothing changes with the service, just who we ring for support.

Sounds too good to be true, what is the catch as they aren't going to manage your service for free..

No experience as a customer but I have done some work for them before and they seemed pretty onto it.  Very large Aussie-based company, fingers in lots of telecom pies  (Mmmmm, pies... time for dinner)

My rule of thumb is not to buy anything from cold callers, or door to door salesmen. Also if it looks to good to be true it usually is.

My only expierence with them is that i just ported one of their customers away from them for their 0508 toll free service because i was better priced.
Before then, the customer had no problems and was with them for a couple of years.
