Hi, is the map preferably a google maps addon, which has the location on Roadside cabinets around NZ?

Chrous broadband map says the roadside cabinet we are connected to, but that's good. But I was wondering if anyone had a map, which tells exactly where about on the road these cabinets are  located.

Thanks.

That map is wrong; I only know the locations of two cabinets but that map has both of them in the wrong places.

WHK/A is on Appenzell Drive, not off Waiewe St.
WHK/AP is on Quay St, not Strand East.

I don't know whether it's a local problem or if these sorts of issues happen all throughout the map though.

Maybe the cabinets in your area have been moved Behodar.  I know where all the cabinets are in our area and the map is accurate.

I don't think they were moved, the data is just wrong; WHK/A is showing on somebody's doorstep!

This map does not seem to be accurate.  the cabinet I am being served from looks like its at least 2.0KM away from me, and the chorus tech says I'm about 700M.  My router backs that up putting my approximate distance at 653M.

Another cabinet I saw a few days ago has been located on the map in a totally different location to where it actually is.

EDIT:  The cabinet my parents are on is located even further away than that (impossible since they sync at 20Mb/s) There also seem to be some cabinets located out at sea?

81 Cameron Road, Hamilton East.
HNE/09.
this is not listed at all on http://bcc.telecomwholesale.co.nz

Then i found this in the 2011 May cabinet forecast update

HNE/09 Growth slower than expected
Seems it got scrapped?

Which is curious because i know this area has had a whole pile of new flats put into it, and theres a heap more that have just been built. Even before may it was expanding quite significantly.
