Perhaps they have changed your billing cycle?

And please, no SMS abbreviations. It makes it hard to understand things...

Welcome to Geekzone Enfield.

I was looking at XTRA's Usage Meter today (which I don't do very often) and noticed this piece of information which would seem to explain the problem you are having:

If you want to make sure that your usage gets included for a particular monthly bill, reboot your broadband modem just before midnight on the last day of your monthly billing cycle.

Give that a try next month and see if it helps.  I have not seen this statement on the usage meter before so maybe it is a policy that has been recently introduced by XTRA.
