So I thought this might not be easy but I thought it would be possible.

I have quite a lot off messages (in folders), 2gb which is more than my email provider will allow.

I cannot find any guides that actually work, there seems to be lots of versions of mbox and elmx that dont work as expected.

often in thread people mention using various paid for programs, but its always one person with very little information, and its hard to tell how legit any of these apps are.

I do have office 2011 mac installed too but that doesn't seem to help.

Short of setting up an Imap account and copying the folders this way, does it really have to be this hard?
