Air dusters for cleaning dust from computers.  Do the Chinese electric dusters work (well) or are they a gimmick?  Anyone got a model they particularly recommend?

No rechargeable one I've ever used comes close to the disposable cans of air in terms of sheer blast power, but I got sick of paying for them, and the waste.

I got sick of the cans, so I got this corded one and am very happy with it. Pretty grunty. It also doubles as a fantastic way to get the charcoal going for a BBQ.

We had an air compresser and retractable hose and air duster attachment in our old office which had a roller door.  While noisy it worked very well.  We moved into a first floor office so that solution is no longer practical.

I've been looking at this sort of thing on and off for a while.  Decided to order this cordless one https://www.amazon.com.au/gp/product/B0C85GHY8J/ which shouyld arrive in a fortnight.  We'll post our opinion once we've had a play.  If it's just not up to the task, I'll likely TradeMe it and get the corded one that you have had a great experience with.

I've bought the electric dusters for at home and work. As said they don't match the power of the cans but you may find that the electric one does most of what you need, then you can have a can on standby.

I just find them really handy, certainly using far less cans. This is the one I've been buying: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005003253130786.html

I didn't even know these were a thing. Did a quick search and found this. Maybe a more versatile option - pump up your tyres as well. The hose could be handy.

I've tried the cheap Chinese ones, and found they don't output enough 'volume/pressure'

I know a number of people who rate the xPower 'jugs' for cleaning computers.
(and they survive being dropped)
xPower Airrow Pro Delux 500w

I've had my eye on the next size up.
xPower Pro B-2 (can vaccum as well as blow)
But I havnt yet pulled the trigger.

Both these are corded - so you don't have the hassle of charging batteries and reduced 'weight' of the device when holding.
