Also don't compare SSD with a system that they have to warranty with whatever cheap brand of TLC or worse dramless buggy crap you can get from a no name brand.

My experience is that the included SSDs in most PCs are major-brand integrator-grade, which is basically the cheapest per TB you can buy, and usually non-consumer part numbers. Definitely TLC or QLC, probably DRAM-less; probably <200 write cycles.
Expect something direct from SK Hynix, Kingston, or Samsung. Intel's now out of the consumer SSD market but a few years ago a laptop came with a QLC 660p.
We use Lenovo Laptops for work and my current one has WD SN730 which is a reasonable spec unit performance and reliability wise.
